任職要求/崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述：
？Set up Effective Asset Maintenance structure, framework, priorities initiatives and roadmap,
？Drive initiatives in terms of establishment of procedure, workflow, improvement tools and process governance after program setting up,
？Initiatives are as following but not limited to, self-planning, visualized Work Order, Master Data management, precision maintenance,
？Maintenance workflow and SAP PM key user, to provide training and interpretation to others,
？Monthly maintenance spending (POC) analysis to drive maintenance cost opportunities,
？Manage Work Order Planning of non-routine part, shutdown windows is required, such as CP line shutdowns, catalyst change etc.
？Use new tools(Power BI, OSI PI etc.) to monitor, the performance and take actions after the analysis of the deviation to improve planning accuracy,
？Utilize digital tools to promote self-planning program to autonomous/AI planning,
任職要求：
？3-5 years experiences
？Bachelor or above,
？Influence and drive standard implementation
？Good SAP knowledge on PM model
？PM work and standard knowledge, be able to do data analysis
？Humility and respect
？Passionate to innovation and transformation on workflow optimization, drive opportunities to value creation,
？Power Apps application will be a plus
