Roles and Responsibilities:
During Project:
Be trained in the ADN project and certified as a qualified Lab Technician for Day 1 readiness. 接受ADN 項(xiàng)目培訓(xùn)并成為一名合格的實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)員。
Trained on sample preparation, instrument operation, safety rules, emergency response, basic process knowledges, etc. 接受樣品制備，儀器操作，安全規(guī)范，應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，基礎(chǔ)工藝等知識(shí)和操作的培訓(xùn)。
Participate in equipment tests, chemical preparation according to the project schedule. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度參與設(shè)備調(diào)試,化學(xué)品制備等工作。
Provide testing service for pre-commissioning and commissioning before start-up. 在工廠開車前為前期調(diào)試和調(diào)試提供樣品測(cè)試支持。
Assist works in the editing and collating of related documents, labeling and inventorying of equipment, chemicals, and consumptions. 協(xié)助相關(guān)文檔編輯和整理，及設(shè)備，化學(xué)品和耗材的標(biāo)識(shí)和歸檔工作。
Make efforts to transformation opportunities for ADN project as well for future ADN operations, like digitalization, SRS (Shift-Run-the-Shift), etc. 為ADN項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過(guò)程中的轉(zhuǎn)型建言獻(xiàn)策并積極參與其中，如：數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，將來(lái)班組當(dāng)班期間的自主管理等。

During Normal Operation after Project:
Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures. 理解并遵守安全政策和程序。
Be trained, understand, and perform all test methods and procedures of ADN lab, and be capable of finishing tests independently. 接受培訓(xùn)，理解并能應(yīng)用ADN實(shí)驗(yàn)室所有的分析方法和測(cè)試程序，能獨(dú)立完成樣品測(cè)試。
Finish routine and on-request lab test works for final products, in-process samples, raw materials, and environmental samples in-time and accurately, record data and report result in LIMS. 準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)終產(chǎn)品，過(guò)程樣品，來(lái)料，和環(huán)境樣品進(jìn)行分析和檢驗(yàn)，在LIMS中記錄數(shù)據(jù)和出具測(cè)試報(bào)告。
Testing results on-time communication between lab and Operation team and clear communication on lab things between lab shifts. 與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)及時(shí)溝通測(cè)試結(jié)果，做好交接班。
Daily management of lab samples, chemicals, and consumptions by correct labeling/classification/storage/treatment, ensure clear and right recording. 日常實(shí)驗(yàn)室樣品，化學(xué)試劑，和耗材管理，正確地標(biāo)記/分類/儲(chǔ)存/處置，確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室記錄清晰準(zhǔn)確。
Daily check for lab equipment, ensure the good status. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備進(jìn)行例行檢查，確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備處于良好狀態(tài)。
Report any abnormal conditions found during testing process and provide efficient information, assist shift leader and chemist to deal with the cases. 報(bào)告測(cè)試過(guò)程中的異常情況并提供有效的信息，協(xié)助領(lǐng)班或化學(xué)師處理這些異常情況。
Keep clean and safe working environment of the lab, fulfill the requirements of 5S and EHS of the lab. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作環(huán)境的整潔安全，滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)室5S和EHS的相關(guān)要求。
Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. 按照指示執(zhí)行主管可能指派的其他職責(zé)。

Technical Skills & Competencies:
High EHS standard in a chemical plant and able to hold accountability of EHS standard.
Knowledge of lab sample preparation and lab equipment operation, practical operation skills of instrument like GC, HPLC, IC, ICP, XRF, titrator etc.
Basic test data evaluation and computer skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team environment; committed to safety and environmental compliance excellence.
Be willing to accept and embrace the changes/transformations for better value creation and self-actualization.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years work experiences in a chemical, polymer, or wastewater lab; high potential new graduates are acceptable.
Be familiar with operation of analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, IC, ICP, XRF, titrator is an advantage.
Experience in HCN or similar high hazard chemical lab is an advantage.
Education:
Chemical industry related Secondary Technical School degree or above. College or bachelor undergraduate preferred.
Language Needed:
Basic English reading and communication skills is a plus.
