崗位職責(zé):
？ 認(rèn)真履行崗位職責(zé)，根據(jù)維護(hù)管理SAP系統(tǒng)生成檢修工單合理組織帶領(lǐng)承包商人員對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢修維護(hù) ，及時(shí)消除動(dòng)設(shè)備的故障缺陷，確保動(dòng)設(shè)備的可靠性運(yùn)行。
？ 積極參加各類(lèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備技能培訓(xùn)，督導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備初、中級(jí)檢修維護(hù)人員掌握設(shè)備檢修技能。
？ 能及時(shí)判斷并妥善處理生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的故障，分析故障原因，提高檢修技能水平。
？ 執(zhí)行賽科技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及設(shè)備檢修規(guī)程。在裝置設(shè)備檢修中，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行設(shè)備檢修方案，落實(shí)必要的安全防護(hù)措施，對(duì)工作進(jìn)度合理統(tǒng)籌，努力降低檢修物質(zhì)消耗，充分發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量，保質(zhì)保量地完成工作任務(wù)。
？ 建立檢修技術(shù)檔案，收集檢修原始數(shù)據(jù)及技術(shù)資料，積極參加技術(shù)攻關(guān)和小改小革活動(dòng)。
？ 通過(guò)培訓(xùn)合格后能滿(mǎn)足電瓶車(chē)駕駛、火電焊、起重指揮、叉車(chē)駕駛等相關(guān)輔助工種的技能，并能服從班長(zhǎng)和主管的工作安排。
？ 服從維護(hù)班長(zhǎng)作好檢修前的各項(xiàng)工作準(zhǔn)備（包括臨時(shí)提交插入的工作），對(duì)設(shè)備問(wèn)題進(jìn)行故障檢修，及時(shí)向班長(zhǎng)或技術(shù)員反饋設(shè)備檢修存在問(wèn)題/難點(diǎn)，積極尋求解決的方法和措施。
？ 參加維護(hù)班組的計(jì)劃值班，能夠接受非工作時(shí)間，電話(huà)響應(yīng)設(shè)備應(yīng)急維護(hù)需求。
？ 積極參與解決設(shè)備檢修工作中疑難問(wèn)題，具備檢修動(dòng)手能力，并能夠作到傳、幫、帶。
？ 努力改進(jìn)工作方法，提升檢修團(tuán)隊(duì)工作效率。
？ 及時(shí)完成上級(jí)經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
任職資格:
***大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷；
過(guò)程裝備與控制、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制作及其自動(dòng)化等化工機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和問(wèn)題解決能力；
高效的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
良好的職業(yè)道德及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)；
正直誠(chéng)信、吃苦耐勞、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world.
