崗位職責(zé):
？ 參與建立現(xiàn)場儀表檢修技術(shù)檔案，確保儀表的維護檢修工作處于受控狀態(tài)。
？ 認真履行崗位職責(zé)，根據(jù)維護管理SAP系統(tǒng)生成檢修工單和裝置簽發(fā)的作業(yè)許可證對現(xiàn)場儀表設(shè)備進行檢修維護 ，及時消除儀表故障。
？ 在安裝施工和生產(chǎn)準備階段，積極參與現(xiàn)場儀表設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試、投用，確保裝置順利開車投產(chǎn)。
？ 參加儀表故障的分析討論，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，提出改進儀表維護檢修工作的建議。
？ 在實際工作中不斷改進工作方法，提升工作效率，確保檢修工作能夠在質(zhì)量、安全等方面達到工藝運行的要求。
？ 在參加具體檢修工作的同時，積極參加相關(guān)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，提高正確判斷和解決儀表常見故障的能力，做好計劃性維修。
？ 在裝置檢修中，嚴格執(zhí)行儀表檢修方案，落實安全防護措施，對工作進度合理統(tǒng)籌，努力降低檢修物質(zhì)消耗，充分發(fā)揮團隊的力量，保質(zhì)保量地完成工作任務(wù)。
？ 協(xié)調(diào)團隊工作，提高工作效率。
？ 及時完成上級經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
任職資格:
***大專及以上學(xué)歷；
儀器儀表工程、自動化等化工儀表相關(guān)專業(yè)；
較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和問題解決能力；
高效的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
良好的職業(yè)道德及團隊合作意識；
正直誠信、吃苦耐勞、責(zé)任心強。

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world. The other 7 plants having all reached world scale include: 600 ktpa polyethylene plant, 500 ktpa styrene plant, 500 ktpa aromatic extraction unit, 300 ktpa polystyrene plant, 260 ktpa acrylonitrile plant and 250 ktpa polypropylene plant and 90 ktpa butadiene plant.
