崗位職責(zé):
- 協(xié)助聚烯烴技術(shù)服務(wù)經(jīng)理確保賽科的聚烯烴技術(shù)服務(wù)活動(dòng)符合國(guó)家法律、法規(guī)以及賽科的HSSE要求。
Assist PO technical service manager to ensure SECCO PO technical service activities complying with national laws, regulations and SECCO HSSE requirements.
- 為賽科100萬(wàn)噸聚烯烴產(chǎn)品提供技術(shù)市場(chǎng)支持和產(chǎn)品支持。
Provide technical support and product support for one million tons of SECCO PO products.
- 協(xié)助開(kāi)發(fā)并實(shí)施用于HSSE、 團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)績(jī)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性研究、投訴處理、產(chǎn)品管理以及在所有其它的技術(shù)服務(wù)工作領(lǐng)域的計(jì)劃。
Assist in developing and implementing the plans for HSSE, team performance, competitiveness study, complaint handling, product management, and all other areas of technical service work.
- 持續(xù)經(jīng)常的訪問(wèn)客戶(hù)以促銷(xiāo)賽科的產(chǎn)品，定義客戶(hù)的要求，懂得市場(chǎng)情況并按照要求培訓(xùn)客戶(hù)，力爭(zhēng)與聚烯烴客戶(hù)保持良好的關(guān)系。
Visit customers regularly and constantly to promote SECCO products, define the requirements of customers, understand the market situation and train customers in accordance with the requirements. Strive to maintain good relationship with PO customers.
- 參與客戶(hù)投訴的處理，為客戶(hù)提供增值服務(wù)。
Participate in customer complaint handling, and provide value-added services to customers.
- 收集市場(chǎng)信息，參與聚烯烴產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)（產(chǎn)品安全）和新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)，并為實(shí)驗(yàn)室和生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供信息和方向。
Collect market information, participate in PO product improvement (product safety) and new product development, and provide information and direction for laboratory and production team.
- 參與和生產(chǎn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及其它團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通交流，提供所需要的技術(shù)支持和專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)。
Participate in the communication with production, laboratory and other teams, and provide the necessary technical support and expertise.
- 協(xié)同實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)服務(wù)人員共同建立產(chǎn)品技術(shù)和安全資料數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
Collaborate with laboratory technical service personnel to establish databases of product technical and safety (MSDAs) information together.
- 及時(shí)完成上級(jí)經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
Complete other jobs assigned by superior manager timely.
任職資格:
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)、化工或者聚合物專(zhuān)業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above with major in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer.
- 5年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有塑料加工、石化工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，了解聚烯烴生產(chǎn)工藝更佳。
5 years or above working experience, with a plastic processing, petrochemical work experience is preferred, understanding PO production process will be an advantage.
- 有高度進(jìn)取心，能主動(dòng)和獨(dú)立開(kāi)展工作。
Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working dependently.
- 良好的人際交流技能，有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和能與客戶(hù)溝通協(xié)作。

- 能承受壓力，按時(shí)完成任務(wù)。
Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.
- 流利的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力。
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- 熟練操作電腦辦公應(yīng)用軟件（EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT等）。
A skilful user of PC office applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.)
- 愿意在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)常出差。
Willing to travel frequently within the country.

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world.
