崗位職責(zé):
化工工藝方向：
1、 負(fù)責(zé)裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作，將生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)控制在技術(shù)文件所規(guī)定的范圍之內(nèi)。
Be responsible for site operation of the plant and control production process parameters within the limits specified by technical documents.
2、 按時(shí)、按規(guī)定路線進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡回檢查，并填寫(xiě)巡檢記錄，須將發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及時(shí)匯報(bào)處理。
Carry out patrol inspection on site as per scheduled time and routes, fill out patrol inspection records; issues found shall be handled and reported timely.
3、 做好設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)。
Complete routine maintenance of equipment.
4、 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行作業(yè)控制程序。
Implement the procedure of Control of Work strictly.
5、 在事故狀態(tài)下，及時(shí)判斷事故的性質(zhì)并在值班長(zhǎng)的指揮下進(jìn)行處理。
Judge the nature of accidents in accident situation and handle accidents under instructions of shift supervisors.
6、 執(zhí)行交接班制度。
Execute shift handover system.
7、 執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)6S管理制度。
Implement 6S management system on site.
8、 參與裝置的持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作，積極提出合理化建議。
Participate in continuous improvement of the plant and raise rational suggestions.
9、 參加公司和裝置組織的各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)，不斷提高個(gè)人的技術(shù)水平和綜合能力。
Participate in all kinds of training organized by the company and the plant to improve personal skillset and comprehensive capability.
10、 及時(shí)完成上級(jí)經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior managers.

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world. The other 7 plants having all reached world scale include: 600 ktpa polyethylene plant, 500 ktpa styrene plant, 500 ktpa aromatic extraction unit, 300 ktpa polystyrene plant, 260 ktpa acrylonitrile plant and 250 ktpa polypropylene plant and 90 ktpa butadiene plant.
