崗位職責:
1、 學習裝置工藝設(shè)備。
2、 配合導師一起做好設(shè)備的日常維護和保養(yǎng)。
3、 嚴格執(zhí)行作業(yè)控制程序。
4、 配合導師一起執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場6S管理制度。
5、 在導師的帶領(lǐng)下參與裝置的持續(xù)改進工作，積極提出合理化建議。
6、 參加公司和裝置組織的各項培訓，不斷提高個人的技術(shù)水平和綜合能力。
7、 及時完成上級經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
任職資格:
？ 化工機械相關(guān)專業(yè)。
？ 良好的學習能力和自我激勵能力。
？ 良好的溝通和團隊協(xié)作能力。
？ 良好的計算機系統(tǒng)及應用軟件操作能力。
？ 社會實踐或志愿者經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world. The other 7 plants having all reached world scale include: 600 ktpa polyethylene plant, 500 ktpa styrene plant, 500 ktpa aromatic extraction unit, 300 ktpa polystyrene plant, 260 ktpa acrylonitrile plant and 250 ktpa polypropylene plant and 90 ktpa butadiene plant.
