Work Activities:

· Document financial transactions by entering account information

· Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports

· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

· Secure financial information by completing database backups

· Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
交易核對(duì)，分配，發(fā)布與對(duì)賬
· Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
財(cái)務(wù)信息分析與財(cái)務(wù)狀況匯總
· Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
會(huì)計(jì)系統(tǒng)與程序的復(fù)核與改動(dòng)建議
· Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
參與財(cái)務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定與預(yù)測(cè)過(guò)程
· Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance

· Support month-end and year-end close process

· Communicate effectively with clients, Banks and other internal stakeholders

· Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise

· Recording of payroll expense and monthly reconciliation with HR team on all personal employee expenses

· Prepare intercompany invoices, transactions, and reconciliations on a monthly basis

· Support PO and A/C payable processes
配合PO, A/C應(yīng)付過(guò)程
· Cash flow and petty cash recordings
現(xiàn)金流與備用金記錄
· Responsible for monthly tax preparation and filing with local authorities

Required qualifications:
所需資格：
· University education in accounting, finance or business
大學(xué)學(xué)歷會(huì)計(jì)金融或貿(mào)易專(zhuān)業(yè)
· Financial or Accounting certification
財(cái)務(wù)或會(huì)計(jì)證書(shū)
· Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
至少2-3年會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Nice to haves:

· Experience in Oil & Gas Trade
擁有石油和天然氣貿(mào)易行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Accountancy qualification (CPA, CICPA, ACA or any other equivalent certification

· Experience and knowledge in letter of credit and trade finance such as discounting LC, finance, etc.
