崗位職責:
-積極與工藝人員合作，優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)的操作和系統(tǒng)的維護，及時幫助和查找包括工藝在內(nèi)的一系列問題，確保生產(chǎn)裝置安、穩(wěn)、優(yōu)運行。
Actively cooperate with process people to optimize operation of control systems and system maintenance, timely help to troubleshoot a series of problems including process in order to ensure safe, reliable and optimal operation of production units.
-確保執(zhí)行所管轄生產(chǎn)裝置DCS/SIS/F&G/PLC控制系統(tǒng)軟件和硬件的預防性維護和故障維護的流程，確?？刂葡到y(tǒng)故障率逐年降低。
Make sure to implement preventive maintenance and failure maintenance process for software and hardware in control systems including DCS/SIS/F&G/PLC in production units under his/her ge, make sure gradual reduction of failure rate of the control systems year by year.
-參與所管轄生產(chǎn)裝置所有控制系統(tǒng)硬件、軟件的故障根源性分析，并落實跟蹤相關行動項。
Participate in RCFAs for hardware and software of all control systems in production units under his/her ge, and implement and track relevant actions.
-負責維護所管轄生產(chǎn)裝置的控制系統(tǒng)、應用系統(tǒng)和信息系統(tǒng)，包括系統(tǒng)的組態(tài)、控制回路的優(yōu)化實施、故障處理、組態(tài)修改、用戶支持、性能監(jiān)視和記錄等。
Be responsible to performance monitoring and record the control system, application and information system including system configuration, control loop optimization, fault handling, modification of configuration, user support under his/her ge.
-熟悉所管轄生產(chǎn)裝置的控制、聯(lián)鎖方案，為生產(chǎn)提供***支持。
Familiar with control and interlock of the plant under his/her ge, provide support to operation.
-嚴格執(zhí)行技術工作程序和業(yè)務流程；認真完成控制系統(tǒng)巡檢工作，確保日常維護工作萬無一失。
Strictly implement work procedure and business process. Complete control system routine inspection, make sure every aspect of daily maintenance is alright.
-負責執(zhí)行與控制系統(tǒng)有關的MOC項目。
Be responsible to implement and control relevant MOC projects.
-熟悉所管轄生產(chǎn)裝置的工藝控制流程，確定符合賽科控制策略的控制性能的KPI指標。
Be familiar with process control flow of production units under his/her ge, determine control performance KPI that conforms to SECCO control strategies.
-及時完善整合管理體系（IMS）工作所涉及的相關資料，使日常維護工作程序和業(yè)務流程符合標準要求。
Timely improve relevant material concerned with integrated management system (IMS) work, make daily maintenance work procedure and business process meet standard and requirement.
-履行值班職責，及時處理值班期間發(fā)生的問題。
Perform on-duty responsibility, and timely deal with any issues occurred during on-duty period.
-及時完成上級經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior manager in time.
任職資格:
-本科及以上學歷，自動化或過程控制專業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or process control.
-5年以上石油化工行業(yè)及本專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。
More than 5-year work experience in petrochemical industry or these majors.
-具有一定的行業(yè)標準知識，能參與制定行業(yè)標準，并能應用于項目改造。
Have knowledge of standards of the industry, can participate in formulation of industry standards and apply them in modification projects.
-了解石油化工行業(yè)生產(chǎn)、安全和技術要求。
Have knowledge of production, safety and technical requirements of petrochemical industry.
-有豐富的DCS/SIS/PLC控制系統(tǒng)的應用經(jīng)驗。
Have rich application experience of DCS/SIS/PLC control systems.
-對待工作敬業(yè)，盡責，以身作則，能對不同的實際情況及時有效的做出決策。
Dedicated to work and conscientious to responsibilities, set examples by the actions and make effective decisions timely to various situations.
-工作細心，注重細節(jié)并有較強的分析能力。

-有一定的組織、協(xié)調(diào)能力；能主動與相關人員溝通。
Good organization skills, standardize management, arrange personnel and work rationally.
-有服務器及Windows操作系統(tǒng)的應用經(jīng)驗。
Application experience with servers and Window operation system.
-對數(shù)據(jù)庫有一定的了解和使用經(jīng)驗。
Knowledge and operation experience of database.
-英語口語良好。
Good in oral English.
-須精通EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT。
Must be proficient with EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT.
