崗位職責(zé):
？ 認(rèn)真履行崗位職責(zé)，根據(jù)維護(hù)管理SAP系統(tǒng)生成檢修工單合理組織帶領(lǐng)承包商人員對(duì)現(xiàn)場轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢修維護(hù) ，及時(shí)消除動(dòng)設(shè)備的故障缺陷，確保動(dòng)設(shè)備的可靠性運(yùn)行。
？ 積極參加各類轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備技能培訓(xùn)，督導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備初、中級(jí)檢修維護(hù)人員掌握設(shè)備檢修技能。
？ 能及時(shí)判斷并妥善處理生產(chǎn)過程中設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的故障，分析故障原因，提高檢修技能水平。
？ 執(zhí)行賽科技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及設(shè)備檢修規(guī)程。在裝置設(shè)備檢修中，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行設(shè)備檢修方案，落實(shí)必要的安全防護(hù)措施，對(duì)工作進(jìn)度合理統(tǒng)籌，努力降低檢修物質(zhì)消耗，充分發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量，保質(zhì)保量地完成工作任務(wù)。
？ 建立檢修技術(shù)檔案，收集檢修原始數(shù)據(jù)及技術(shù)資料，積極參加技術(shù)攻關(guān)和小改小革活動(dòng)。
？ 通過培訓(xùn)合格后能滿足電瓶車駕駛、火電焊、起重指揮、叉車駕駛等相關(guān)輔助工種的技能，并能服從班長和主管的工作安排。
？ 服從維護(hù)班長作好檢修前的各項(xiàng)工作準(zhǔn)備（包括臨時(shí)提交插入的工作），對(duì)設(shè)備問題進(jìn)行故障檢修，及時(shí)向班長或技術(shù)員反饋設(shè)備檢修存在問題/難點(diǎn)，積極尋求解決的方法和措施。
？ 參加維護(hù)班組的計(jì)劃值班，能夠接受非工作時(shí)間，電話響應(yīng)設(shè)備應(yīng)急維護(hù)需求。
？ 積極參與解決設(shè)備檢修工作中疑難問題，具備檢修動(dòng)手能力，并能夠作到傳、幫、帶。
？ 努力改進(jìn)工作方法，提升檢修團(tuán)隊(duì)工作效率。
？ 及時(shí)完成上級(jí)經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
任職資格:
***大專及以上學(xué)歷；
過程裝備與控制、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制作及其自動(dòng)化等化工機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)；
較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和問題解決能力；
高效的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
良好的職業(yè)道德及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)；
正直誠信、吃苦耐勞、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world. The other 7 plants having all reached world scale include: 600 ktpa polyethylene plant, 500 ktpa styrene plant, 500 ktpa aromatic extraction unit, 300 ktpa polystyrene plant, 260 ktpa acrylonitrile plant and 250 ktpa polypropylene plant and 90 ktpa butadiene plant.
