崗位職責:
- 認真履行崗位職責，根據(jù)維護管理SAP系統(tǒng)生成檢修工單合理組織帶領承包商人員對現(xiàn)場轉(zhuǎn)動設備進行檢修維護 ，及時消除動設備的故障缺陷，確保動設備的可靠性運行。
Earnestly implement roles and responsibilities of the post, organize and lead contractors, according to the repair work order created by the maintenance management SAP system, to carry out repair & maintenance to the onsite rotating equipment, and timely rule out failures and defects on the rotating equipment, to ensure reliable operation of the rotating equipment.
- 積極參加各類轉(zhuǎn)動設備技能培訓，督導培訓轉(zhuǎn)動設備初、中級檢修維護人員掌握設備檢修技能。
Proactively attend various skill trainings for rotating equipment, supervise and train the preliminary and intermediate repair & maintenance people of rotating equipment to master equipment maintenance skills.
- 能及時判斷并妥善處理生產(chǎn)過程中設備出現(xiàn)的故障，分析故障原因，提高檢修技能水平。
Can timely judge and properly handle equipment failure taking place in the process of production, analyse failure causes and improve maintenance level.
- 執(zhí)行賽科技術(shù)標準及設備檢修規(guī)程。在裝置設備檢修中，嚴格執(zhí)行設備檢修方案，落實必要的安全防護措施，對工作進度合理統(tǒng)籌，努力降低檢修物質(zhì)消耗，充分發(fā)揮團隊的力量，保質(zhì)保量地完成工作任務。
Implement SECCO technical standards and equipment maintenance procedures. During plant equipment overhaul, strictly implement equipment maintenance plans, put the necessary safety protection measures in place, try to reduce consumption of repair materials, give full play to team strength, to complete the work with quality and quantity guaranteed.
- 建立檢修技術(shù)檔案，收集檢修原始數(shù)據(jù)及技術(shù)資料，積極參加技術(shù)攻關(guān)和小改小革活動。
Establish overhaul technical archive, collect original data and technical materials for overhaul, and actively participate in technical improvement and minor modification activities.
- 通過培訓合格后能滿足電瓶車駕駛、火電焊、起重指揮、叉車駕駛等相關(guān)輔助工種的技能，并能服從班長和主管的工作安排。
Can meet the skills of relevant auxiliary work types such as battery car driving, fire welding, lifting command and forklift driving, and obey the work arrangement by the team head and supervisor.
- 服從維護班長作好檢修前的各項工作準備（包括臨時提交插入的工作），對設備問題進行故障檢修，及時向班長或技術(shù)員反饋設備檢修存在問題/難點，積極尋求解決的方法和措施。
Obey the maintenance team head, carry out various preparations before the repair (including temporarily submitting the work ed), carry out failure repair to equipment problems, provide feedback to team head or technician on issues/difficulties existing in equipment in a timely manner, and actively seek solutions and measures.
- 參加維護班組的計劃值班，能夠接受非工作時間，電話響應設備應急維護需求。
Get involved in planned on-duty of the maintenance team, can accept equipment emergency maintenance requirement in nonworking hours, and response to equipment emergency maintenance requirement by telephone.
- 積極參與解決設備檢修工作中疑難問題，具備檢修動手能力，并能夠作到傳、幫、帶。
Actively participate in solving knotty problems in equipment repair, have repair operational ability, and can train, help and coach
- 努力改進工作方法，提升檢修團隊工作效率。
Try best to improve working methods, increase working efficiency.
- 及時完成上級經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other works assigned by superior managers

任職資格:
- 大專及以上學歷，化工機械及化工設備相關(guān)專業(yè)。
College degree or above, majoring in chemical mechanic and equipment.
- 無工作年限要求，有石油化工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗或儀表維護、檢修工作經(jīng)驗或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
Years of working is not required, experience in petrochemical industry or experience in instrument maintenance and repair or relevant work experience is preferred
- 熟悉機械設備性能結(jié)構(gòu)以及相關(guān)的行業(yè)標準和法規(guī)。
Familiar with mechanical equipment performance and structure and relevant industrial standards and regulations.
- 了解設備檢修規(guī)程。
Knowledge of equipment repair procedures.
- 具備良好的計劃、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、匯報、學習能力。
Good ability in planning, coordination, communication, reporting and learning.
- 熟練掌握計算機操作。
Proficient in computer operation.
