崗位職責:
指導(dǎo)儀表班組維護人員以及承包商人員正確處理儀表技術(shù)問題。
Instruct instrument team maintenance personnel and contractor personnel to correctly handle instrument technical problems.
負責儀表日常維護計劃的制定及落實；負責裝置儀表大修項目的立項工作。
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of instrument daily maintenance plan; Responsible for the establishment of plant instrument TAR work.
負責維護類MOC項目的實施，包括技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、調(diào)試及質(zhì)量驗收。
Responsible for the implementation of maintenance MOC projects, including technical guidance, commissioning and quality acceptance.
負責儀表預(yù)知性維護的各項工作，包括AMS報警查看、現(xiàn)場儀表診斷、Valve Link診斷等并落實相關(guān)措施。
Responsible for the instrument preventive maintenance, including AMS alarm check, field instrument diagnosis, Valve Link diagnosis, etc., and implement relevant measures.
負責與工藝人員保持密切溝通，深入了解儀表運行情況，查找出現(xiàn)異常的原因。
Responsible for keeping close communication with process personnel, deeply understanding the operation of instruments, and finding out the causes of abnormalities.
負責提出備件、材料需求計劃，并對備件、材料質(zhì)量進行驗收。
Put forward the demand plan of spare parts and materials, and check and accept the quality of spare parts and materials.
負責管理儀表PPM的工作，制定重要儀表更新計劃；并對檢查出來的儀表隱患、缺陷制定整改措施。
Responsible for managing instrument PPM and making important instrument plan; And formulate corrective measures for the hidden dangers and defects of the instrument.
負責管理儀表檢修規(guī)程的執(zhí)行，并確保方案關(guān)鍵步驟和內(nèi)容符合HSSE以及技術(shù)要求。
Manage the implementation of instrument maintenance procedures and ensure that the key steps and contents of the plan meet HSSE and technical requirements.
對儀表故障根本性原因以及技術(shù)疑難問題進行調(diào)查分析和跟蹤處理，提出預(yù)防措施和改進建議。
Investigate, analyze and track the root causes of instrument failures and technical problems, and put forward preventive measures and improvement suggestions.
負責建立儀表檢修維護記錄或施工日記以及技術(shù)檔案。
Responsible for establishing instrument maintenance records or construction logs and technical files.
執(zhí)行部門儀表技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作，提升儀表維護團隊總體技術(shù)水平；參加儀表技術(shù)交流活動。
Implement department’s instrument technical training to improve the overall technical level of instrument maintenance team; Participate in instrument technical exchange activities.
及時完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other work assigned by superior leaders.
任職資格:
具有本科及以上學(xué)歷，自動化儀表相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above, with the major in automation instruments related.
具有5年以上石化行業(yè)儀表自動化相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
Over 5 years of relevant working experience in instrument automation in petrochemical industry.
了解艾默生DeltaV系統(tǒng)及其各類測量儀表和調(diào)節(jié)閥等。
Understand Emerson DeltaV system and various types of measuring instruments and control valves.
理解Foundation Fieldbus原則，了解安全系統(tǒng)設(shè)計理念。
Understand the principle of Foundation Fieldbus, understand design philosophy of security and safety systems.
有各種儀表指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗，熟悉INtools軟件。
Experience in guidance and training of various instruments, familiar with INtools software.
具有良好的人際關(guān)系和影響力，工作業(yè)績良好。
Good interpersonal and influence, good work performance.
符合工作要求的英語和計算機能力，良好的匯報業(yè)務(wù)技能。
