任職要求/崗位職責(zé)
職位描述：
1.熟悉組件自動(dòng)流水線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)全套流程，負(fù)責(zé)完成產(chǎn)品調(diào)試的指導(dǎo)工作，解決產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的一般技術(shù)問(wèn)題及故障排除；
2.根據(jù)下達(dá)的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)組織和安排生產(chǎn)，協(xié)調(diào)解決好各工序之間的關(guān)系，保證生產(chǎn)的均衡連續(xù)運(yùn)行，確保日生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的按時(shí)完成；
3.編制生產(chǎn)管理的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度、管理流程、工作計(jì)劃和生產(chǎn)報(bào)表；
4.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行工藝作業(yè)規(guī)程和工藝紀(jì)律管理規(guī)定，組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)車(chē)間員工按計(jì)劃實(shí)施內(nèi)部管理與控制，嚴(yán)控和規(guī)范生產(chǎn)作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，嚴(yán)
格推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理，做好工序自檢和互檢，隨時(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查與控制，處理日常異常，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題即時(shí)分析解
決，對(duì)已確定根源的制定糾正預(yù)防措施；
5.負(fù)責(zé)本部門(mén)員工的培訓(xùn)，提高部門(mén)內(nèi)員工的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能，為本部門(mén)員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提供幫助；對(duì)本部門(mén)員工進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核；
6.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行車(chē)間安全規(guī)定，杜絕安全事故的發(fā)生；
7.監(jiān)督檢查生產(chǎn)成本控制執(zhí)行情況，實(shí)施降本工作；
8.完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。
要求：
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，電力電子、電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2.兩年以上光伏企業(yè)相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉精益生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量管控、成本控制，掌握電池生產(chǎn)與運(yùn)作、技術(shù)、安全與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、品質(zhì)等方面的相關(guān)知識(shí)；
3.熟悉電池生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)，具有良好的計(jì)劃、組織、生產(chǎn)管理能力、較強(qiáng)的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
