1. Qualificationand Certification Requirement
Bachelor’sDegree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering;
Stronganalytical skills and understanding of key financial measures;
Leadershipskills and ability to effectively interact with other professionals to advanceprojects/ideas ;
Excellentinterpersonal and team work skills;
Abilityto handle multiple assignments, set priorities and meet deadlines;
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills;
Provenability to handle complex economics problems in a rigorous analytical fashion;
Ableto work effectively with the minimum of supervision on relatively unstructuredtasks;.
Validhysical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, suddendyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B and other communicable diseases, etc., areunacceptable);.
Ageshould be no more than 45 years old.
2. WorkingExperience Requirement
Minimum5 years engaging in oil and gas operation industry.
Minimum2 years working experience as Cost Control Engineer related to well Completionand well intervention Operations.
3. SkillRequirement
Havegood understanding on and background in well completion, well intervention,well stimulation, reservoir surveillance and well production.
Havegood understanding on cost structure and cost analysis.
Ableto utilize SAP software for contract payment release.
Fluentin oral and written English, able to have free communication with people.
Proficientin utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT,etc.
Excellentcoordination skills with people.
4. PositionResponsibility
Responsible for the whole cost control and costanalysis including but not limited to:
PrepareDepartment Rolling Payment at the end of each month based on the doperation plan and actually arisen expense.
Calculateand report monthly accrued expenditure at the end of each month, according toactual operation of the month.
Reviewand approve the payment timely and regularly online payment system.
and follow up Contract Payment Tracking List and Single Well Cost TrackingSheet.
Leadsthe preparation of Annual Work Program and Budget for the Management Team.
Providesinput to Finance for financial reporting of quarterly results.
Preparationof budgets in conjunction with engineering and Project Management team members.
and follow up Contract Payment Tracking Sheet.
Responsiblefor and optimization of SOP of Department Cost Control Process.
Prepareand submit the invoice document into online Finance System.
Download,sort out and archive all the invoices and related supporting documents online Company Finance System.
Responsiblefor initiating all the Department Plan and Reports related to Cost Control,such as Annual Department Budget Plan, Annual Department Capital Flow Plan,Monthly Department Accrue Expenditure Plan, Monthly Department Rolling PaymentPlan, and Annual Department Actual Cost Report, etc.
Responsiblefor the document archive in both hard copies and soft copies.
